Wouldn't it be nice if everything could be fixed with a fun getaway?
...Maybe it can. The pressure on Emma to keep it all together may finally be too much to bear. What would you do if your boss, your boyfriend, your family, and even the government was weighing you down?
Time to plan your vacation.
The Pitch
Emma is a stressed-out assistant just trying to take a vacation - but everyone around her seems determined to ruin it. Between her shady boyfriend, a manipulative boss, and a persistent federal agent, her trip becomes a race to escape both her problems and a possible criminal investigation.
At the heart of this story is the yearning for stability. As filmmakers, we aim to create a relatable world but with a sense of escape. Additionally, during this media industry downturn, we want to create jobs for those passionate about filmmaking - perhaps creating hope in the process.
